We want to thank everyone for being patient as we’ve tried to organize this reunion! We’re very excited to see everyone and catch up on what’s been going on. It’s incredible to think it’s been 30 years since we walked the halls of Oak Ridge! It’s going to be a great weekend of fun, laughter, dancing, remembering our times at ORHS and making new memories! We can’t wait to see you September 24 – 26. Here are the details….Friday – September 24
Location: Miller’s Ale House

(0.3 miles north from the Rosen Plaza Hotel & Pointe Orlando)

Dress: Casual
Cost: Pay as you go
Details: Meet up with old friends! We have an outside bar area all to ourselves – Patio 2! This is a mixer & hangout event. In order to keep costs down, all food & beverage is on your own!
Saturday – September 25
Location: Rosen Plaza Hotel

Orlando, FL 32819
Cost: $85 per person
We will not be able to accept payment at the door.
Time: 6:30 – 11:30pm
Dress: Cocktail, Business Casual
Payment: Make checks or money orders payable to: Oak Ridge High School Class Reunion. Please send your payment to Oak Ridge High School Class Reunion, ATTN: Grace, PO Box 593995, Orlando, FL 32859. Details: Join us for a delicious buffet dinner, 2 drink tickets (cash bar after), dancing & more!
Sunday – September 26
Location: Warren Park
3406 Warren Park Road (off of Daetwyler Rd)

Tentative Time: 1 – 6:30pm
Dress: Comfortable
Details: We have rented a picnic pavilion at Warren Park. This will be BYOE – Bring Your Own Everything (except alcohol, it’s an Orange County park). Bring your picnic goodies and spend an afternoon with old friends. The facility has grills, playground, volleyball court, tennis courts, baseball field and a section of the park is located on Lake Conway.
Accommodations
We have reserved a small block of rooms at a fantastic rate with the Rosen Plaza Hotel!!! Seriously, a fantastic rate!! Our room rate is available from September 22 – 28, 2010. To book your room, call 800-627-8258 and mention Oak Ridge High School Class of 1980 Reunion. We will soon have a link for you to book your room(s) online. If you try to use other links to the Rosen Plaza Hotel you will not receive our negotiated rate. Due to the uncommonly low rate being offered by the Rosen Plaza Hotel, we have been requested not to publish our negotiated rate on the internet. Rooms are based on availability and you need to book by August 30th. After August 30th the discounted rate is at the discretion of the hotel.
